Prerequisites

Before taking this course, you should have some knowledge of database structures, as well as knowledge of SAS Marketing Automation or SAS Real-Time Decision Manager.

  • set up, configure, and add extension table columns
  • explain how surrogate keys are created and populated and address key constraint violations
  • describe the setup, configuration, and customization of contact and response history tables.
