Young Warrior Nxt (YW NXT) is a novel, multi-stakeholder initiative, anchored by YuWaah and UNICEF. eSkill India will be supporting this initiative by encouraging the youth to join Young Warrior NXT.

Conceptualized by a coalition of organizations like YuWaah, UNICEF, Udhyam Learning Foundation, Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship and others, this initiative aims to help 5 million young people, in the age group of 14-24 years, build key life skills (Self-awareness, Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration, Employability and Achievement Motivation) that shall enable them to pursue successful lives and careers. Under this initiative, the young people will also be involved in emotional well-being activities to overcome the adversities faced due to COVID-19.
